PSILLAKIS ESTATE olive groves are farmed organically since 1993, regularly inspected and certified by DIO approved certifying agency of organic products, full member of International Federation of Organic Agricultural Movement (IFOAM).
 

- Our organic compost gives to the trees nutrients -

Harvest of the olives is done by hand and not mechanically.

Our annual pruning ensures that sunlight reaches the center of the trees.

Spring weeds are ploughed back in to the soil.

Since the late 80's we have tried to developed our own pest management system in the farm improoving it dynamically, in order to reduce olive fruit fly population in the farm.
